Step 2 — Ongoing Access
D1 Academics Platform Access

What's Included
• Personalized learning environment in the D1 Academics Browser
• Curriculum integrations & AI learning tools from trusted providers such as Khan Academy, Code.org, and Khanmigo
• Family dashboard with progress, adherence, and mastery data
• Standard technical support through the family portal
Step 3 — Coaching
Add Coaching
Coaching/tutoring and instructional support delivered by a D1 coach, added on top of the platform subscription. Billed monthly.

Four 30-minute coaching check-ins per month — one each week to set the focus, keep your student on track, and catch issues early. These can also be bundled into two 60-minute deeper working sessions.

One 60-minute planning session per month — a deeper working session to map goals, curriculum, and the month ahead.
Coaching prices are in addition to the $75/month platform subscription. For example: platform + weekly coaching is $300 per month total.
Itemized Billing & Funding Programs
• Every service is invoiced as its own itemized line: instructional onboarding and coaching as instructional services, the platform access subscription as educational software.
• Invoices are issued per student and include service dates, session durations, and service descriptions.
• All services are billed monthly at one published rate — the same for every family, whether paying directly or through an education funding program.
Allowable expenses vary by state education savings account (ESA) program. Please confirm eligibility with your program's guidelines before purchasing.
